I grilled some swordfish last night topped with a tomato based puree and decided it was time to open one of my bottles of MAC’s Viognier - It was perfect. It was crisp, the acidity was nice and it the aeromatics were just right on. Nicely done!Â
I tasted with McPrice at CWS a few weeks back and he is really making some good wine this year. I was really impressed with his creativity and the level of experimentation. I think it speaks volumes of the guy’s passion.
